凹版画の技法を用いて、鏡像や影など現象的なモチーフを紙上に描いている。
影の中から明るい場所を眺めると良く見えるように、ネガティブ(虚体)の部分を通して自分の見ている世界を表現したい。
大分県立芸術緑丘高等学校/愛知県立大学美術学部卒業、在学中に國立臺南藝術大學へ交換留学、絵画技法と素材の関係について学ぶ。帰国後、京都市立芸術大学大学院美術研究科にて版画表現を研究する。
修了後は制作の傍ら、社会福祉法人「かしの木学園」のアート支援者を務める。大分県出身。
Using intaglio printing, I depict phenomenological motifs such as mirror images and shadows on paper. Just as gazing from within shadows allows one to see bright places clearly, I wish to express the world I see through the negative (void)spaces.
Graduated from Oita Geijutsu Midorigaoka High School / Aichi University of the Arts. During university, studied abroad at National Tainan University of the Arts, focusing on the relationship between painting techniques and materials. After returning to Japan, began research on printmaking expression at Kyoto City University of Arts Graduate School.
Following graduation, while continuing research and production, currently active as an atelierista for the social welfare corporation Kashinoki Gakuen.
